Terms of Service

1. The programme
The Friends of Chanzoo affiliate programme ("Programme") is operated by InProdicon International AB ("we", "us", "Chanzoo"). By joining the Programme you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility
The Programme is open to individuals and organisations with an active online presence who promote Chanzoo to audiences based in the United States. You may not participate if you are an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of InProdicon International AB. Self-referrals — signing up for Chanzoo through your own affiliate link — are not permitted and will not be commissionable.

3. Commission
You will earn a 30% revenue share on each payment made by subscribers you refer, for up to 12 months from the date of their first paid subscription payment. The free trial month does not generate a payment and is therefore not commissionable. The maximum earnings per referred subscriber are 12 payments of 30% of the then-current subscription price. Commissions are tracked via a 30-day cookie window on a last-click basis. Commissions are paid monthly via Rewardful once a minimum balance of $10 USD has accumulated. Commissions are only payable on valid, non-refunded transactions.

4. Prohibited activities
You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to promote Chanzoo
• Make false or misleading claims about Chanzoo or its service
• Bid on Chanzoo or Chanzoo-related brand terms in paid search advertising
• Offer unauthorised discounts, cashback, or incentives
• Use automated traffic, bots, or artificial means to generate clicks or referrals
• Promote Chanzoo on sites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Target audiences primarily outside the United States

5. Promotional materials and brand usage
We provide banners, copy, and other promotional assets in your affiliate dashboard. You are welcome to create your own original promotional content — including video, written, and social media content — provided it is accurate, not misleading, and fairly represents the Chanzoo service. You may not modify our official logo or provided assets. You may not register domain names containing the Chanzoo name or trademark. All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines requiring clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship with Chanzoo.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation and withhold unpaid commissions if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

7. Liability
You are solely responsible for your promotional activities and any content you produce. Chanzoo accepts no liability for claims arising from your promotional activities. You agree to indemnify Chanzoo against any losses arising from your breach of these terms.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
